About this house rental

Renovated house on a large and beautiful plot of about 9000 m², in a quiet area
You can enjoy in peace the private swimming pool (10 x 5 m) with a view of the surrounding countryside without opposite.

Located on the border of the Lot and Dordogne departments.
All amenities are 5 km away.
Sports activities in the surrounding area: cycling, canoeing and fishing

The cottage consists of a living room with TV, a small desk and a sofa bed, an equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator) as well as a living room table with 6 chairs, 2 bedrooms with double bed (160 cm) and dressing room, a bathroom with vanity unit for 1 person and a walk-in shower, then a separate toilet.
The cottage is equipped with a reversible heat pump (heating and air conditioning) in each bedroom and the living room.
You can enjoy the outdoors with the terrace and its outdoor furniture (garden furniture table and chairs, deckchairs and parasols) without forgetting the masonry barbecue.
Many outdoor games are at your disposal (badminton, table tennis, petanque, football, ...)
Baby kit available (cot, high chair, bathtub and potty)
Bed linen and towels available for hire
Weekly booking for the months of July and August
Pets allowed within the limit of one pet per rental and on prior request

This location was perfect for us. The gite was exactly as described. We had a confortable and pleasant stay at Combe Ferrade. Would recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing time in the countryside. The owners are really doing everything they can to make sure all goes well.
