Our cottage is located in the resort town of Seven Devils, 4,500 feet in elevation with beautiful mountain views. NEW Central AC throughout the home. Pets are NOT permitted at our home.

Hawk’s View Cottage is a cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom that sleeps up to 4 guests with a 5 person hot tub. Each bedroom has a king size bed and one bedroom has an En Suite bathroom and the other bathroom is just outside of the other bedroom on the opposite side of the home. There are Smart TVs in each of the 2 bedrooms (streaming apps only). Stay cool in the warmer months with central AC.

There is plenty of seating in the living room that has a gas fireplace (seasonal-Oct. 1 - April 1) and a Smart TV (streaming apps only), sky lights and 2 walls of windows for natural lighting. The beautiful and well stocked kitchen is ready for you to prepare your favorite meal. The kitchen offers granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, regular coffee maker, Keurig, toaster oven, microwave and etc. with wood floors throughout the home. The dining table can accommodate up to 4 guests. Everything is located on one easy access level including the washer and dryer. Access to our cabin is all paved and the level parking area is paved for a maximum of 3 vehicles.

Outside: Enjoy the remarkable views and sunrises from our open deck. Also, after a long day of hiking, snow tubing, skiing, shopping or just want to relax, take advantage of our new 5 person hot tub on the lower deck. Start making memories today!

We are located about 1 mile from Hawksnest Snow Tubing and Zipline and about 1.3 miles to Otter Falls with hiking trails and waterfalls. Sugar Mountain Ski Resort is 8.3 miles; Beech Mountain Ski Resort is 16.1 miles; Appalachian Ski Mountain is 16.1 miles Downtown Boone is less than 30 minutes away. Grandfather Mountain is 15.6 miles; Tweetsie Railroad is 16.5 miles.

Check in time is after 4:00 PM and check out time is before 10:00 AM. NO Smoking allowed inside and NO pets allowed.

***Important Notes:
-This cabin is accessed by paved roads. We highly recommend a front wheel drive vehicle or 4WD/AWD for our cabin. Tire chains and 4WD/AWD may be necessary during the winter months.
-The owners use outdoor surveillance cameras to ensure that their home remains safe. No cameras monitor the inside rooms of the home or private areas. The cameras are turned OFF while guests are staying at the home. There is a camera located at the front entry and the back door. The camera is not in any private areas.
-There is no land-line phone in this cabin. Cell phone coverage is not guaranteed. The home does have WIFI so you may be able to call using WIFI calling.

As you plan your trip to the mountains, please remember we do get rain, snow, ice and some foggy days with occasional inconveniences which are out of our control. Winter weather in the Blue Ridge Mountains can occur from November through April. The majority of our homes are accessed by mountain roads, which will be icy and dangerous in winter weather. For the safety of you and your party, please be prepared to drive in snow and ice. This means 4-wheel drive, good tires, and chains may be necessary. It is YOUR responsibility to be prepared for hazardous road conditions. There will be NO refunds, allowances, or date change resulting from your negligence in this matter.
