A cozy log paneled villa 41 km northeast of Hämeenlinna offers a peaceful holiday setting on the shore of Lake Vähä Roine (length 3 km, width 1 km). The lake is shallow with clear water and a firm, sanded clay bottom. You will have access to a private pier and a rowing boat, making days by the water and small lake excursions easy and enjoyable.

Built in 2002, the villa features a spacious living area with an open kitchen and a downstairs bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two separate beds. The upstairs landing also has a sofa bed for additional sleeping space.

A heat storing fireplace on the ground floor adds atmosphere, and the air to air heat pump keeps the villa cool during summer. The washing facilities include a dressing room, bathroom, and a sauna with an electric heater. The villa also has a separate toilet and two porches that extend the living space. In the yard, there is a grill hut where open fire cooking is permitted.

Please note: Sound carries very well across the lake. To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, quiet hours are observed from 22:00 to 07:00.
