"Su Pasciale" house with swimming pool 10 minutes from the sea

We had a lovely stay at Su Pasciale! Angelo took good care of the garden and made sure the pool was clean every morning. Supermarket is close by as well as Castelsardo. We enjoyed our visit and I would really recommend this!

We stayed a week in August 2013 (2 adults and 2 kids) and really enjoyed our time at Su Pasciale. From the very beginning Angelo and his wife made us a warm welcome with an perfectly clean house, some details for the guests and all pieces of advice needed for tourists like us. The other posts truthly summarise the type of feelings one can enjoy there. Spending time together in the garden with a drink, talking, watching the stars, listening to the cows/sheeps' bells was priceless! 5 STARS We spent a glorious week at Su Pasciale. So secluded and tranquil yet so near to Nulvi and the coast line and Cstelsardo. If you like stunning views of the countryside, a lovely little garden, the sound of the sheep with bells entering the fields to graze, watching birds of prey circling around, sunbathing on your very own private terrace and a plunge pool to cool down in this is the place for you. The actual house itself was immaculately clean with a truly rustic Sardinian feel, it had everything you need. Owners: Angelo and his family are wonderful people they maintain and clean the house, they're really welcoming and friendly and bent over backwards for their guests visiting every day to clean the pool and to collect rubbish. Even though we didn't speak hardly any words of Italian/Sardinian we were able to converse and have a great chat to them. The owners are the reason we had such a great time, they are lovely you can go to any old property and have a nice time but to speak to such genuine people was an added bonus. Great communication on the lead up to the holiday too. I would recommend this property to anyone who likes a rural retreat (you are near to coast and towns too though). Re: Coastline It was quite windy the week we were there and the sea at Valedoria was choppy and we coudn't go in. Lovely beaches all along the coastline. 1 hour(ish) to La Pelosa beach, Stintino - worth a drive to see how beautiful it is but ruined by thousands of people on it. Worth seeing just to see them all. Round the corner is La Saline which is a truly beautiful with white pearl like pebbles and clear water. Tips: If you're British like we are and used to a kettle to make a cup of tea please note you have to boil your water in a saucepan (easy enough), coffee is the drink in Sardinia.

We stayed at Su Pasciale 1 week and had the opportunity to also stay in this property (Su Achille) for a few days. My review of the other house also applies to this one with a few differences. This property has an additional bedroom so this house can accomodate up to 5 people. It has a bigger swimming pool and because it is built higher on the hill, there is also a view to the sea. Besides that, this house also has everything you will need for a perfect holiday. So, if you wish to travel with more than 2 people, we can strongly recommend this house, not in the least because you will get the best service and kindness of the owner and his wife. But, be sure to book it soon, because we imagine it will be fully booked before you know it!
