The Dam Overlook is spaciously arranged with 5 bedrooms, two large family rooms with five leather sofas, tables & 65" TV. The house provides for multiple families to come together, while enjoying some privacy among guests to work, play, lounge, soak, or enjoy a Netflix marathon.

• Game room with Ping Pong table, Pacman arcade, & many board games.
• Fully stocked kitchen and large dining room for big family meals.

What an awesome place! We were in town for my daughter’s wedding with several guests coming in from across the country. This place is the ideal size with lots of room allowing for both friends to gather and folks to get enjoy quiet time. It’s the perfect location with easy access to the lake and downtown evergreen. The host is very friendly and very responsive. Highly recommend.

We loved the property and proximity to town. We were able to walk to the lake and downtown for many meals and touring around. The family room with all the couches is a great room to relax and chill in.I prefer keypad locks, so i do not have to worry about a key, that's a minor issue. There is some road construction going on near the property, so a family with kids would want to be extra careful walking to the lake or downtown. Minor, but its there. Lots of room in the home too. JL the host, was very responsive and exit instructions were easy. A good stay, as advertised!
