The bathtub is great for families, and with 2 queen beds in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room, there's plenty of room for 6. Guest also enjoy a convenient kitchen stocked with cookware, and you get access to the HOA's pool. The beach can be accessed via an easy staircase.

308 at D Sands Condominiums, also known as "Salty Beaches", is a privately owned family condo on the top floor. The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.
This is a 3rd floor unit, there are 28 steps required to access the unit.

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

Thank you! We had a great time! We were sad that the pool wasn’t open, especially when that weather was so bad. The kids would’ve had a great time swimming. Other than that, the room was perfect!

Cute little place on the beach… comfy beds… small pool and hot tub with limited hours. Wish there was a better couch and tv but overall not bad.

The first night there were no lights on the stairs. A high safety risk. So we complained. They fixed the lights but only at the TOP of the stairs, motion dedected only.
