About this cottage rental
North Stables, a luxury unique cottage, is perfectly placed in the heart of Elie, with neighbouring Earlsferry on the doorstep. Idyllically positioned our self catering holiday home is yards away from the golden beach, 1 minute round the corner. North Stables is attached to two further properties which were once horse stables. Off street parking is available for 1 car in the shared courtyard.
You will have sole use of the entire ground floor cottage. Entering the spacious hallway through the stable door, the living room, kitchen and bathroom are to the right. The living room is separated from the kitchen, by a sliding barn door. Further down the hallway are the two bedrooms.
The living room has a woodburner with complimentary first basket of logs, two sofas and cosy throws. There is a flat screen smart tv with Netflix, PlayStation 4 with games, dvds, toys, board games and books. The dining area is in the living room which comfortably seats 4 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with ice box, gas cooker, fan oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, Roberts radio, and a Nespresso coffee machine. We have supplied the cooking basics like oil, salt, pepper, tea, coffee, and sugar.
The large master bedroom faces the courtyard and has a kingsize Hypnos bed and a window bench. You will find a hairdryer in the dresser and an ample built in wardrobe. The second bedroom to the rear has two single Hypnos beds, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Both bedrooms have crisp white bedlinen, black out curtains, and warm throws.
The bathroom has a powerful Hansgrohe shower over the bath with Duravit fittings. There is a fixed shower screen. Complimentary toiletries and towels supplied.
Hardwood floors throughout apart from the hallway which has a seagrass carpet.

Really nice apartment, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our trip and were sad to leave. Ardross farm shop was great for supplies and treats.

We had a lovely time in North Stables. Very clean and well equipped. Beds were very comfortable too. Great to be so close to the beach. Outside area is nondescript but doesn’t really matter as its a minute walk to the beach. Lovely

Fantastic, cosy apartment in a great location. Very clean and comfortable and furnished to a high standard. We are a family of five, with three small children, and the apartment was a perfect size for us. It's in a great location just minutes from the beach, in a little private courtyard. Owner was very helpful and left some nice touches for us like a welcome pack and tips on things to do. Would definitely recommend.
