Amazing 3 BEDROOM, 2 BATHROOM (plus loft) town-home in the popular RUNAWAY BEACH CLUB community. The location is perfect! Magic Kingdom parking lot is less than 10 miles away, and Disney Springs is approximately 6 miles away. This condo is nearly 1700 sq feet and is the largest floorplan in the community! Notable features inside include; VAULTED CEILINGS and lots of NATURAL LIGHT, a stylish grey interior paint throughout, upgraded light fixtures and Hunter ceiling fans, and new carpet throughout the home, - all less than 4 years old! Townhouse is huge , comfortable, clean , condo has a nice swim pool jacuzzi, mini water play park ..
beds are super comfortable even the sofa bed !! House accommodate 8 , but I found just 4 bath towels and 1 hand towel in the house .. master bath has really weak water flows maybe is condo problem sometimes things are just the way it is , not a complaint just FYI ..
Walmart is just 2 min , Walt Disney 10 min from DHS , AK and Epcot , 15 min from MK !!!
If you have toddlers since has 2 high stairs , I didn’t notice toddlers safe gates around ( maybe you can ask them) but I notice toddlers chair , bath tub , portable cribs … I just want give a honest review cause those things are not complaining they are just detailed information no bother me at all and maybe not bother the next guest it’s all depends on their perfil , or even better when you consider rent just ask some of that before , cause it really worth a stay …

Rental unit worked well for our group of four. Lots of room for a larger group. Nicely decorated with Disney touches. Showers ran a little slow, perhaps the low flow shower head. TV cable wasn't working so notified customer service. It is a second floor unit so would look for a first floor unit on next stay.
