About this house rental
(1) cute little house , quiet & very safe street , quick access to Highway 55.
(2) cozy and comfortable , perfect for a relaxing stay that won't strain your budget.
(3) short 20 to 25 minute drive away from downtown St Louis and other popular attractions.
(4) a few mins away from Mastodon State Historic Site where mastodon bones were discovered, one of the country’s most extensive Pleistocene ice age deposits.
(5) Quick drive to Meramec Caverns which has STUNNING underground formations.
Other things to note
Discover the charm of Historic Kimmswick, where you can explore over many unique shops and eat at restaurants, enjoy a glass of wine at LaChance Winery. Wander through historic sites like The Anheuser Estate, and take a short trip to the nearby Mastodon State Park for more adventures.
Please note:
(1) Two single-family houses (SFH) are situated on a single one-acre lot.
(2) The front house has ample space in the front yard for its use , in addition to the shared common area between the two houses. the half acre backyard has kids swing set, work out and games , that is for guests for both units .
(3) The front house has patio furniture in its front yard and on its back patio .
(4) The garage is not intended for guest use.
Guests will have access to the whole house except the garage .

We have a zero tolerance policy for parties. All local bookings must be pre-approved by the host. Instant bookings may be canceled if they have not been explicitly approved by the host in advance.
(2) SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A $400 refundable security deposit is required for all guests. This deposit will be authorized on your payment method at the time of booking and will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property or violation of house rules. If there is any damage or excessive cleaning required, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the deposit.

Very cute and clean home. Hosts were very attentive. Perfect for our wedding guest needs.

The host answered our questions and checked on our needs from very beginning. House clean, comfortable and very peaceful. Bed was comfortable and was such a nice place to stay. We didn’t have children with us but plenty of yard and equipment for children to play.

This little house is in a quiet little neighborhood conveniently located in Imperial
The house was clean ( other than quite a few crickets)
There are No extra blankets to speak of
The duvets are quite thin with no weight to speak of
The beds were uncomfortable (hard) and the sheets ( such as they were) were not large enough to cover the mattress??
There was One wash cloth provided but enough towels for our 4 night stay!
We had quick communication with the owner
