*10 foot high slider "Nano" doors open the entire back of 3rd floor main living area, open to beautiful balcony with built in gas grill area
*Nice quiet neighborhood beach entrance has no steps and is a 3-5 minute walk from house. Can bike or drive to the entrance in less than a minute. If driven to, the car can be left at entrance long enough to drop off and set up, and then parked at lot a block away or driven back to house.
*Extremely high end spacious home with top-of-the line fixtures and furnishings 2 miles to Seaside, located next to Watersound West. About a mile and a half from the new 30A Hub/Big Chill.
* Chef's kitchen with Thermador appliances and enormous island with 2nd sink,, 8 flat screen smart tv's, , dvd, sound system. Two freestanding ice makers and four refrigerators for your convenience.

DETAILS & LAYOUT OF SALTWATER:
Saltwater has 3 KING ensuite bedrooms, a bunk room with 1 QUEEN and 2 TWINS, a bedroom/library with 1 TWIN daybed and 1 TWIN trundle, and a 2nd living area with a QUEEN size sleeper sofa bed.
Each bedroom has it's own flat screen tv, as well as both living areas. Even the master bath has a tv! Never miss a thing with a total of 8 flat screen wall mounted SMART tv's with Showtime, HBO and other premium channels
BOTTOM FLOOR: includes an outdoor logia area, a lobby foyer and large laundry/mud room
2ND FLOOR: has three bedrooms (2 king rooms and bunk room with 1 queen and two twins) all with their own bathrooms. This floor also has a separate living area which a queen size sleeper sofa, and wet bar with microwave, free-standing ice-maker, beverage refrigerator and sink. Two french doors lead out to a balcony.
3RD FLOOR: main floor contains a living area with 70 inch TV, dining table for 10 (5 additional seats at large kitchen island), and a library/5th bedroom with queen size bed, XL daybed with twin trundle. Nano doors open up the ENTIRE REAR WALL of this floor leading to spacious balcony with built-in grill. Play your music wirelessly from your apple device.
To-die-for kitchen has huge island seating for four and 2nd sink. Kitchen features all stainless Thermador appliances including free-standing ice-maker, microwave and separate beverage refrigerator.
4TH FLOOR: dedicated to the master suite with it's own private balcony with gulf views and luxurious master bath. Master bedroom also features a wine refrigerator and coffee bar.
REFUNDS will be given if cancelled 60 days before arrival. If cancelled 30 days before arrival you will receive a 50% refund. Inside of 30 days will result in loss of monies paid. In certain circumstances monies may be credited to future stay within one year.

The home is spectacular, the neighborhood is beautiful, and Carlene is a truly gracious host. While the beach is a pleasant stroll away, we added a golf cart which made access even more convenient and fun. Our family had an amazing time and can’t thank Carlene enough for providing the caliber of vacation home that we all hope for, but seldom find.

Absolutely stunning property - top of the line everything. Beautifully appointed. The pool area is lovely and it’s an easy walk to the beach.

The Saltwater was an amazing property. Check-in was smooth, and the location was great, very close to the beach. A short golf cart ride to restaurants and other venues. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked with everything you would need. The pool area and patio were very nice and perfect for our family. Carlene was great to work with.

Our family had the best time at this beautiful home! There is not one thing I would have changed. The home was cozy yet huge! The owners thought of everything. The pool area really was a big hit with our toddler grandkids! I hope to return here many times in years to come.
