About this apartment rental
This is a modern, comfy and bright apt, with amazing views. It has one bedroom, one bathroom and also a sofa bed that you can use as an extra bed. Is the best location to stay in Santiago, near of metro station, recreational parks, pubs, restaurants, banks, supermarkets, pharmacies, health centers and universities.
The building has a top floor swimming pool, two barbecue areas, gym, jacuzzi, wifi room, reunion room, interior garden, laundry room, 24/7 security and reception service.

Gonzalo is a fantastic, caring host. I was in Santiago by myself for medical treatment. Gonzalo was readily checking on me too see that I was OK. He even purchased some groceries for me when I was in need. He even gave me the keys for unlimited use of his bicycle when I was able.
The location is fantastic, right near a tube station. and not far from down town.
Gonzalo manages multiple apartments in the building. the one I stayed in was new to him. It had new kitchen appliances, furniture, TV and linen which was Great. The kitchen, kitchen floor and bathroom were original, so a little run down but not really an issue
There is a small but decent gym in the building and a pool and BBQ areas on the roof. The pool could be heated and the pool area pressure washed but all in all a great bonus.
I'd definitely recommend it to a friend and I would absolutely stay there again should I return to Santiago
