Palermo is renowned for some of the hottest gay and straight bars, restaurants, nightlife, and shopping boutiques along cobbled streets lined with trees and historic architecture. If you expect to arrive early in the day and would like immediate access to your apartment , we recommend booking the apartment for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your apartment till you depart. If other guests are coming or going on the same day, check-out time is 11am and check-in is 1pm. I am super flexible with this. If no one needs the apartment that day, it is all yours. We will discuss this when you book or check into the apartment.
If you choose not to reserve, I will be glad to store your bags.

My girlfriend and I stayed here with one other couple, traveling from the US, for a week, and couldn't say enough great things about Ralf and the team he's brought on to support the stay.
Very livable shared space and two comfortable bedrooms/bathrooms. We never had any issues with water, heat, AC, or any of the utilities or appliances we used. The kitchen was very appropriately outfitted for living and cooking (although we ate out the vast majority of the time).
In addition to the space, the building is incredibly secure and the location is amazing - minutes away from literally 100s of restaurants, bars, and shops.
Finally, the team available to you for check-in/throughout the stay was so helpful. You'll have an opportunity to create a communication channel (we used Whatsapp) before the trip begins, which really put us at ease when our delayed plane arrived in Buenos Aries at 3AM. We didn't get to the building until 4:30AM, and Marcelo was still there to greet us and give a walkthrough of the property. Unbelievable.

We felt really safe with a locked gate and security person at the door at all times. There were also two safes, one in each bedroom. There was a bottle of water, a snack, and fruit provided. The gym was nice with a great view. The apartment was centrally located with restaurants in walking distance. The apartment was nicely decorated. The only suggestion I would have is to provide a baking pan since there is a toaster oven and regular oven there but nothing to cook on.
