This home boasts 5 bedrooms, a sleeping nook, 4.5 bathrooms, and a fantastic outdoor entertainment patio with a gas fireplace, hot tub, outdoor dining, and a gas fire pit.

As you enter the home you’ll be greeted by a spacious, open-concept great room that opens up directly to the large outdoor entertainment area. The great room features comfortable leather furniture, a large smart TV, and a floor to ceiling ledgestone gas fireplace.
The fantastic outdoor living space was designed for relaxing and enjoying quality time with your friends and family. It boasts a covered lounge area featuring an outdoor TV and cozy gas fireplace. The patio also features a private hot tub, dining table for 6, a gas fire pit, and a stainless gas BBQ. Enjoy the panoramic golf course views as you sip on your favorite glass of wine around the fireplace!
The fully stocked kitchen is ready to provide you everything you will need for fantastic family dinners or feeding a large group. It boasts stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and an oversized island prep area with seating for 5. The dining table is just steps away and seats 8 comfortably.
The Suncadia Trail System meanders through scenic green belt across the street from the home. Walk or ride your bikes to many of Suncadia's most popular attractions and parks. You can also walk directly to downtown Roslyn within 20 minutes or to the Coal Chute Cafe in 10 minutes.
BEDROOM CONFIGURATION:
• Main floor master with a king size bed, large TV, and an attached private bath.
• 2nd floor guest bedroom with a king bed.
• 2nd floor guest bedroom with a queen bed.
• 2nd floor master with a king size bed, large TV, and an attached private bath.
• 2nd floor bonus bedroom with a twin over full bunk, a twin over twin bunk, and a large TV.
• 2nd floor sleeping alcove with 2 twin beds. (These beds are open to the hallway and not behind a closed door)
** Please note: Access to the Swim and Fitness Center and Nelson Farm pool is not included with this rental, therefore you will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this home.
**Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
** This home is protected with an external security camera facing the driveway. Suncadia does not allow street parking or parking on vegetation, so please park all cars on the driveway.

The house was more than what we ever dreamed of! The homeowner thought of everything! The kitchen was well appointed with everything you might need! I'm a home chef so I brought a lot with me that I really didn't need because it was all there for us!

We had a wonderful stay at Freebird. The house was amazing, super clean with lots of room for everyone. It was a welcoming arrival with heat going, lights on, and music playing. They even have a nice welcoming dog basket with all the extras in case you forgot anything. Luckily the weather was not too bad and we were able to enjoy the back patio for Thursday night football with the fire going and patio heater to keep us warm. We will definitely be looking to come back for future gatherings.

This is a very nice property, right on the golf course. Quiet and peaceful.
The yard maintenance had not been done, so the patio chairs were sitting on over foot long grass.
The ‘Office with 2 twin beds’ is not really what one would think. It’s an alcove (4ft wide hallway space between 2 bedrooms and a bathroom) that has 2 twin mattresses tucked into the slanted space under the roof incline. Ok for kids to crawl into but not ideal for adults.
Toys for kids to play with in the garage were in-operable.
No batteries and 2/3 bikes were non functioning.
A shame really for a high end property to be rented out at a high cost with a lack of attention to small meaningful details.
I think with little effort, the experience could be improved drastically.
