There are several public beach accesses across from the eastern portion of the resort. Laketown has five resort style pools, including a seasonally-heated, rooftop pool and childrens' pool area. On the 3rd floor you will find the two-story fitness center and the putting green with fantastic views of the gulf. To the north side of the property, you will find 52,000 sqft. of lakefront boardwalk where you can watch the nightly fountain-lightshow. On the ground level, you will find various dining and shopping opportunities. Also, the resort is centrally located with countless amenities and attractions located around South Thomas Drive and Front Beach Road.
We provide a starter supply (Like hotel) of toilet paper, paper towel, soap, dish detergent and trash bags until you can go to the store.

For the price of our stay we were not expecting to have to kill bugs (2 roaches) and the cleaning or shall I say the lack of was sub par. The bedding and towels had hair on it and the ceiling fan in the bedroom is covered in dirt.

Unit was very nice and convenient to all shopping and countless restaurants The view was awesome. Just a very pleasant stay. Would go back to this unit again. The owners were awesome and communicates immediately about anything I had concerns about. An overall 10 experience.

This condo is the one to book! Updated, clean, great view of the ocean. Our baseball team stayed at Laketown and everyone commented about how our family's condo was the nicest of them...by far. Modern but still beachy. Very clean. Would book here again for sure!
