Glacier Canyon is a 201-unit vacation ownership resort located adjacent to the Wilderness Hotel and Golf Resort in Wisconsin Dells. These deluxe units are available in standard rooms as well as 2, or 3 bedroom suites, have fully-equipped kitchens with cookware, dishes and silverware - perfect for multi-family vacations. The spacious dining and living area, electric fireplace, and balcony will gather the family and provide a home feel.
Many dining options are available at Wilderness Territory, including The Wild Canyon Cafe, a family-style restaurant, Thirsty Buffalo Saloon, Survivor's Bar & Grill and a wide variety of grab-and-go options at various waterparks and coffee shops. The Wilderness is easily accessible, and located just minutes from popular attractions such as Dells Boat Tours, the Original Wisconsin Ducks, Tommy Bartlett Show and Exploratory, Ho- Chunk Casino and Tanger Outlet Mall.

Everything with VRBO was wonderful and smooth. But unfortunately some unfortunate events happened at the hotel which had nothing to do with the property manager, it was the staff at the wilderness. So 5 stars to the property management/ owners but 1 star to the wilderness. We had water leaking in from the ceiling from one of our bathrooms from the room above us- the lack of communication with/ from wilderness staff was terrible. And after speaking with a manager things were still not handled properly. Spoke to our VRBO host and things were taken care of properly with them which was greatly appreciated. I would stay with the host again, just not wilderness.

I was very pleased when we arrived around 12:30 pm and asked to check in, and the room was available. It was very clean, and everything was in working order.

The wilderness is our favorite resort in the dells. These rooms are very nice. Lots of space. The washer and dryer in unit is great. We had a great time.

The communication was great, the room was very nice and check in was a breeze. On the negative side, trash was all over the hallways and the trash areas were overheaping. The waterparks were fine, but the amount of empy beer cans and lack of cleaning was appalling. The biggest issue was our upstairs neighbor.However, why do quiet hours start at 11pm? We had an upstairs neighbor jumping on our floor all the way thru 11:30pm every night, and NOTHING was done about it. I got told security went up there but nothing changed. I probably wont ever stay here again due to this and the other negatives.
