The 65 m² holiday villa Terrazza su Tavolara is located in Olbia, a coastal city in northeastern Sardinia. The house sits on the tip of a promontory just meters from the cliffs, offering stunning views of the sea, horizon, and Tavolara Island. Two beautiful beaches are within a 3-minute walk. This fully independent apartment features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 4 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, satellite TV, and washing machine. Children are welcome.
Enjoy the sea view and relax outdoors in the private garden or sunbathe on the terrace. The outdoor area also has a private shower and barbecue. There is private, direct access to the cliffs, where you can play with children, fish, swim in natural pools, or even reach family on the beach by swimming. The terrace is perfect for admiring spectacular and romantic sunrises. The villa is right on the sea, just 3 minutes’ walk from 2 beaches and 5 minutes from the bus stop to Olbia. Restaurants, pizzerias, bars, and a small but useful supermarket are within walking distance. Olbia airport and port are 15 minutes by car (10.5 km) from the villa. This is the perfect spot for a holiday with loved ones, in a cozy, private, and quiet place with all comforts, close to nature and the clean sea, with a dream view and peace, yet only a few kilometers from elegant destinations like Costa Smeralda, Porto Rotondo, and Santeodoro.

First, the host was attentive and engaged. Everything about the arrangements were easy and inviting. The place is charming with a local feel. It worked perfectly for four adults wanting to enjoy the beaches. Oh, the sunrises are spectacular. We’ll highly consider returning if fortunate enough to return to Sardinia.

Pros: Dank der gedeckten Terrasse kann man auch bei leichtem Regen oder Wind draussen sitzen. Ausblick und Nähe zum Meer hervorragen. Spannend die Schiffe zu beobachten. Sehr zentrale Lage, trotzdem sehr ruhig und erholsam.
Vermieterin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Danke Laura für alles.

Pros: Fantastic view from the terrace (we enjoyed some gorgeous sunrises sipping coffee while watching the sun go up!), very comfortable amenities inside, great bathroom with a very comfy shower, good comfortable beds. Very unique: a private access directly to the sea (rocks with steps, no beach). Netflix for the kids rounded up the amenities. Air conditioning helped us get good rest during the very warm summer nights. Great communication with the host, who is very kind and responsive to the needs (e.g. she took extra effort to clean up very quickly to let us enter earlier as we disembarked from the ferry early in the morning) and very helpful too in any emergencies (e.g. we had an unexpected problem with our car and she recommended a very honest and capable car mechanic in the city who repaired the car).
Cons: The kitchen is a bit small if you want to take up some serious cooking (we often had spaghetti vongole for adults and a different pasta for kids at the same time, so you need some space to manage this), but the kitchen will be OK for occasional/simple meals.

Pros: Der sehr gepflegte Teil des Hauses ist klein aber fein. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden wie im Internet beschrieben. Die Küche war sehr modern ausgestattet und der Kühlschrank mit Getränken befüllt. Die Betten waren perfekt. Das Highlight war die Terrasse mit wunderschönen Meerblick. Danke an die tolle und sehr nette Vermieterin Laura.
