Savor the warm, salty breeze as you relax on the lanai overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Soak up the sun and listen to the waves in a lounge chair or build sandcastles on the beach.
Our designer-decorated two-bedroom, two-bath + den direct Gulf front condo is in a small 12-unit complex - no crowds, just a quiet, peaceful beach with sea oats, dolphins, terns, gulls, pelicans shorebirds, sometimes a few old-time fishing boats, and even a few rare shorebirds such as American Oyster Catchers or Black Skimmers.
When you take a break from the beach, you can appreciate the spacious living room and newly remodeled kitchen with quartz countertops. Or cozy up with a book next to the fireplace in the den.
The two master bedroom suites, each with a dressing area, bathroom, and street-side balcony, are the perfect place to rest after a long day in the sun. Both bedrooms have striking white plantation shutters and luxury vinyl plank flooring.
The master bedroom, with a King-size bed, and also has two dressers and a fully supplied desk and printer for your computer.
The second bedroom suite has two twin beds with coastal blue and white quilts and beach-style white furniture.
The lovely den has a new queen-size sleep sofa, a comfortable armchair, a fireplace, and a flat-screen TV on the wall.
Professional linen service provides the bed and bath linens as well as beach towels. There are ceiling fans in every room, including the bathroom dressing areas, and also 2 ceiling fans on the lanai.
Max 2 Vehicles allowed onsite. One assigned parking Space. Additional parking on first come basis.
Please note this is a Non-Smoking Unit and building. This includes the lanai and all outdoor areas.

The condo is absolutely lovely. The renovation was well done with custom color granite countertops, a sparkly blue. Very pretty and throughout the unit. We loved the view. Beautiful water. Sunsets were amazing. The beach was clean and full of polite, nice guests. There’s usually one person that is memorably rude and we didn’t experience that here for the first time ever. The location is great! Within walking distance to many great restaurants. Hurricane Hanks, Feast, Scott’s deli and Slims were our favorite on the island. The unit was clean and stocked with toilet paper and hand soap. The beds were ok, you won’t be sore. It is 2 bedrooms, it says 3 beds but I think it is referring to the number of mattresses: 2 twins and 1 king. We wished we had a pool and outdoor amenities. We are a family of 4, two boys (9&11). We all prefer wading in the ocean and swimming in a pool. I made a mistake when I booked this property, accidentally saving what I thought had a pool and rushed to book once I learned my buddy’s place was booked. My sons eczema was raging by the time we left and he would cry bc the ocean hurt it. No where to swim in 80 degree weather after spending 6k didn’t go over well with me in value. We ended up having to leave a few days to entertain the boys and the traffic to do a kid activity was awful. 10 miles is an hour drive. Otherwise, it’s a nice place!

Gulf front is indeed 100% true, absolutely stunning and beautiful! Location and listing was as described! Did not encounter any major issues. Communication and check in very simple and straight forward! My only complaints are the fact that they don't supply you with enough towels, our group showered everyday, by the end of the first few days we were left scrambling for clean wasy cloth and towels. Considering that you provided your home and offer it as a business for people like us to rent, these minor details should be taken into account, especially at the higher price point. Also, maybe providing a nicer starter kit, laundry detergent, toilet paper, salt/pepper, etc, these small but very important details go such a long way for frequent vacationers like our group! Overall, beautiful property, wonderful place to relax and unwind!
