About this house rental
The “Thaleralm” vacation home is furnished in traditional style and located in the South Tyrolean Alps near Obereggen. The 75 m² home is ideal for romantic summer or holidays and consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, cable/satellite television, while a baby cot, a children’s bed and a highchair are available on request. You can start the day with coffee on the sunny balcony with great views on the Dolomites and the valley or spend the evenings in the private outdoor area with a garden, an open terrace and a barbecue. After a 15-minute drive (8.3 km) to the centre of Eggen, you will find a supermarket, restaurants, a bakery and a bus stop. In winter, winter hiking trails, cross-country skiing trails and the nearest ski lift is only a few metres away. The foot of the famous Catinaccio Group can be reached within a 70-minute drive (44 km). South Tyrol’s wonderful capital of Bolzano (Bozen) can be explored after 40 minutes by car (26 km).

Pros: The location of this chalet is wonderful for Summer walking. It is remote at nearly 2,000m altitude but with car access to the front door. This means you have the most amazing hiking routes straight from your front door. Beautiful, peaceful and a wonderfully relaxing stay. The hosts were so welcoming and friendly and always available to respond to any questions or issue. This is a lovely chalet with everything you need for a wonderful family holiday.
