7: There is construction in the surrounding neighborhood, which may cause noise pollution during the day.

Great accommodation in a good location. Lovely pool and good air conditioning.
The drop to the side of the slope at the building entrance is dangerous. A few of us tripped on this.
Friday and Saturday night there was music coming from I assume a bar until early in the morning.
