The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with sofas, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, filter coffee machine + Nespresso, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with bath
- Bathroom with shower and WC.
Outside area :
- A 9 m² private balcony with sea view, with a table and chairs to enjoy the sunny days.
- A shared swimming pool belonging to the residence, open from 10am to 8pm from April to the end of September (heated only from the end of May to mid-September). Access is via a secure gate and is reserved for occupants of the residence, wearing a wristband that you will find in the flat. Opening and closing dates are subject to weather conditions.
The flat is ideally located in Bénodet, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
Just 50 m away, you'll find the Trez beach, ideal for enjoying water sports (all disciplines). You can also relax at the thalassotherapy centre or take a cruise on the Odet to the Glénan archipelago.
There's plenty to see and do in the surrounding area, particularly in the south of Cornouaille, with must-see destinations such as Quimper, Concarneau and Pont-Aven.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's numbered parking space, as well as in the free public car park nearby.
