This recently fully remodeled home is well equipped for your stay.
The space
A fully renovated 3 bedrooms, a full newly remodeled bath with a walk in shower plus a newly remodeled half bath. A well equipped kitchen ideal for entertaining plus washer and dryer on the main level. This home was fully remodeled in 2021 including kitchen, baths, paint, appliances, and systems.
Important notes: The maximum guest allowed is 6. This limit will be striclty enforced. Also note, no parties or events are allowed on property. Violation of either rule will result in eviction with no refunds.
The detached garage guest house is sometimes occupied by owner or their guests and is not included in the property rental. The garage apartment has its own driveway off of Ponca St (the home sites on a corner lot).

Beautiful old house, nice neighborhood and just a couple of blocks from campus corner. What's not to like?

The house is absolutely darling. It looks exactly like the pictures! The location was perfect-Close to campus and where my daughter lives. The communication with owners was pleasant and speedy.
We have only 2 suggestions:
1. The floors, along with the tops of tables/counters and some drawers in the kitchen were sticky. The floors throughout the house were very sticky from the moment we walked in.
2. We cooked and prepared food while in the house for the weekend. The kitchen was not as stocked as other VRBO's I have stayed in. This was a little disappointing.
Otherwise, we enjoyed our time here.
