Recently remodeled guesthouse centrally-located on a quiet street near the heart of downtown Wilmington. Within the Soda Pop District, you'll find several great breweries, coffee houses, and restaurants within a few blocks. After an afternoon of fun at the beach or visiting downtown shops and restaurants, kick back on the spacious front porch with a drink and fire or perhaps hang out on the comfy couch to enjoy some TV. The location was perfect for getting exercise and exploring downtown on foot. Everything was within walking distance — shopping, sightseeing, great restaurants, and relaxing walks along the riverwalk. Jason and Katie were warm, welcoming hosts who responded quickly whenever I had questions. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, with birds serenading you in the mornings. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return.

Sweet little spot just on the corner of a great and growing neighborhood, the Sodapop District. It was easily walkable and perfect for our pup to be able to explore with us. The house is updated with everything you need and a beautiful porch that looks out on the quiet neighborhood. Hosts were responsive and thoughtful. Look forward to staying again.
