Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 40 m² air-conditioned flat with swimming pool for rent in Agde, less than 200 metres from the beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a 15 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Bed linen and towels are included. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 15 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90×190)
- Shower room with shower, WC and heated towel rail
Outside area:
- The residence has an unheated communal swimming pool with two pools: a large pool and a paddling pool. The pool is open from the end of April to October and is fully fenced to ensure safety (dates non-contractual). During the season, a lifeguard supervises swimming.
- A 4 m² south-facing terrace with garden furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Agde, in a quiet, gated residence with a caretaker all year round. A stone's throw from Parc Lano. The town centre is just a 10-minute walk away, as is access to the naturist centre.

- La Roquille beach and Le Môle beach are just 350 m from entrance 3 of the residence.
