Cocoonr is offering this charming 47 m² flat for rent in Agde, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the first floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 20 m² living area, a fully equipped kitchenette, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom and Wi-Fi. We look forward to welcoming you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:

- A fully equipped kitchenette including: oven, microwave, toaster, hob…
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with a bath
- A separate toilet
Outdoors:
- A shared swimming pool (10 m x 6 m), unheated, open from 15 June to 15 September.
- An 8 m² balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
The flat is ideally situated in Agde, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll have easy access to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market…

- A stroll along the Canal du Midi

- Nearest railway station: Agde station, about 8 minutes’ drive away
- Nearest airport: Béziers Cap d’Agde Airport, approximately 8 minutes’ drive away

- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner). The rates shown are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner.
