Get away from it all on your stay under the stars in this cozy farmhouse! Spend time on the front porch swing, pet the miniature ponies, or fish in the pond in the pasture. Have everything you need just 5 mi. from the square of the quaint little town of Greenwood, Arkansas. Only 4 mi from the City Lake you can take the canoe for a romantic trip, fish, or hike the trail around the lake where nature abounds. You'll likely see a herd of whitetail deer on your trip either at the farm or on the lake!
This cozy farm house has a full size kitchen with coffee pot and filters, toaster, coffee grinder, electric can opener, range with oven, microwave, and full size refrigerator. There is wifi with password on site, TV with internet and an office area to work. There is a third bed, which is a twin pullout sofa with bedding.
Only 13 miles to Walmart in Greenwood and only 20 miles to Ft. Smith, There is a Ring doorbell camera at the front door for your protection and a chime inside to introduce your visitors. There is privacy on the large deck on the side of the home outside of video camera range.
