About this apartment rental

Magnificent duplex apartment refurbished in 2024 and perfectly equipped to make the most of your stay in the heart of Chamonix. You'll appreciate the unobstructed views of the Mt Blanc and Brevent mountain ranges, the refinement of the premises and 2 parking spaces (not assigned). All that's left for you to do is enjoy the surrounding shops and restaurants on foot, the Aiguille du Midi just a few steps away, or the rest of the valley via the nearby transport network. Welcome home!


This duplex is split over two levels as follows:
> On the first floor you'll find an entrance hall with a laundry cupboard (washing machine, tumble dryer), the living room (TV 125cm, sofa bed 160cm), the dining room both with access to a balcony and the semi-open kitchen. The master bedroom (160cm bed) and its en suite bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) complete this level.
> On the 2nd floor, you'll find the other two loft bedrooms which are open to the dining room and living room. Privacy can be restricted, please check the pictures to make sure it is suitable for your group (one with two single beds and the other with a double bed) and their respective bathrooms (shower, sink, toilet).
This condo comes with 2 parking spaces (not assigned) and in peak season it can
be challenging to find a space. We recommend that after finding a parking, you use public
transportation (Bus and Train) to go around the valley and leave your car safely in the garage.
*Underground parking height restriction 1m 85 cm / 6 Feet, Outside parking available for taller
vehicles with limited spaces.
You also have two ski lockers at your disposal.


During snowy periods of the year, snow tyres or chains are mandatory according to Decree No. 2020-1264 of 16 October 2020 relating to the mandatory equipment of certain vehicles during winter. You can find more information on this subject at Légifrance.

You'll love our neighborhood for its location and appeal, affordable restaurants and easy access. There's plenty of parking nearby, including a few free spaces. You'll also find plenty of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes, a small supermarket just 3 minutes away and everything you need for a great stay. The Aiguille du Midi is 100m away. Equipment suppliers and essential shops are also just a few meters away.


Right in the heart of Chamonix, you can do it all on foot or by public transport, especially to discover the valley via our guest cards. The main bus station is a 3min walk away, taking you to all major cities (Geneva, Lyon, Milan...).
SNCF train station 10 minutes' walk away. Ideal location. 2 underground parking spaces available for vehicular travelers.
