Walking distance to Van Tuyl trail where you can walk straight to the river. 3-4 min from Gunnison River and rafting, 3-4 mins from world class dirt biking trails, 30 mins (by shuttle) to world class skiing- Mt. Crested Butte, don't forget unimaginable and highly sought after hunting location.
Tons of outdoor recreation is nearby. Blue Mesa Reservoir, White Water Park (River), Hartman Rocks (hiking), Crested Butte Mountain (skiing), Taylor Park Reservoir (rafting, hiking) and so much more is all within driving distance from the house.
There is plenty of room for truck and trailer parking in driveway or on street parking on both the front of the house and on the side of the house.
