About this house rental
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by the warm ambiance of the main level, where a charming queen-size bed awaits in the first bedroom, offering a peaceful sanctuary for restful nights. Just a few steps away, a luxurious ensuite bathroom accompanies the second bedroom, featuring a regal king-size bed that promises a restorative retreat.
Venture upstairs to discover a haven of tranquility and rejuvenation. The third bedroom boasts two twin-size beds, A beautifully appointed queen-size bed graces the bedroom, while the fifth,sixth and seventh bedrooms offer additional comfort with their inviting queen-size beds.
Complete with its own unique charm, the eighth bedroom beckons with two cozy twin-size beds, ideal for those seeking a tranquil space to unwind.
Take a dip in the large screened pool and spa or lounge on one of many chairs soaking up the Florida sun. Socialize or read in the lanai area, complete with a seating area and large dining table.
ARRIVAL INFORMATION
Please note that check-in information will be sent to you the day before your scheduled check-in date. You will receive the final details, including the door code to access the property. We encourage you to ask any questions or express any concerns that you have regarding your arrival.
ESSENTIALS
It's essential to note that although we strive to provide our guests with a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we do not supply items such as toilet paper, detergent, liquid soap, and garbage bags, except for a few initial

-Paper towels
-Dish soap
-Hotel shampoo/conditioner and soap
We believe that our guests may have their specific preferences and requirements, and it's best for them to bring their supplies.

EXTRA SERVICES
The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $70 (for up to five nights). Please note that the heater warms both the pool and the jacuzzi simultaneously. The water may take up to 24 hours to heat completely, so we recommend arranging and paying for this service in advance. And if your property has a grill, please note that it has a $29.95 fee.
Want to check in early or have a late checkout? Let us know one days in advance, and for an additional fee, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
PET FRIENDLY
Most of our homes, including this one, are pet-friendly, and we do not charge any fees for bringing your pets along. However, we kindly request that pets not climb on furniture or beds. A pet cleaning fee of $250.00 will be applied to your card on file for any violations of this rule.
PARKING
Parking is available at the home in the parking spaces out front, as well as street parking (this is first come first served). No commercial vehicles, limousines, recreational vehicles, all-terrain, boats, or trailers may be kept on property.
DELIVERIES
You may receive packages from UPS, FedEx, and Amazon. Food deliveries are also allowed; delivery drivers will need to show their ID along with your order details and the property address to the guard at the gate for access. Please note that we do not currently have a reception or mailbox service. While deliveries can be made directly to the home, it is important that someone is present at the property to receive them. Unfortunately, the community and property management cannot assume responsibility for any packages or items left unattended outside the home.
CLUBHOUSE AT CHAMPIONS GATE
We offer our guests access to a variety of amenities at The Oasis and the Retreat clubhouse. Take a dip in the lazy river, work out at the gym, or challenge your family and friends to a game in the arcade. You can also lounge by the pool and enjoy the Florida sunshine.
The community does not allow trailers, golf carts, Slingshot vehicles, RVs, buses, limousines, or party buses. If you have any questions regarding your vehicle, feel free to ask us in advance.
We would also like to inform you that all reservations must be made by an individual over the age of 21 years old.
Additionally, this rental property has a doorbell camera located on the exterior of the home, pointed toward the street and front door. Please note that the camera does not record or store video footage

We had a wonderful time, home is as advertised! HUGE HOME can accommodate a ton of people.
Home is nicely decorated and was very clean. 10/10 stay.

We had a great time while here. The house is lovely and accommodated our family gathering of 11 perfectly. However we weren't crazy about how close the neighboring properties are with people partying until the wee hours. Also, the description and photos of the property included a grill which was not available. Unfortunately, as much as we liked the house, we wouldn't stay here again.
