A102 -This is the perfect place to get away to relax and unwind with family and friends. This 2-bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo is located close to Flagler Ave where you can enjoy strolling down the street checking out all the shops, dining in fabulous restaurants, and entertainment into the night.
This unit is located on the first floor closest to the pool. We call this unit a "ground floor flat" It has a Tuscany feel with the decorations and color theme throughout. The kitchen is equipped wth everything you need to cook for your family. It is open to the living room that has hard wood floors and the bright colors carry though to the two bedrooms. The living room has sliding glass doors that lead directly out to the pool/beach. The master is spacious with a king size bed that overlooks the pool.The spare bedroom has two full beds, both bedrooms have TV's as well as the living room.Two full baths allow for privacy for those staying in the master and a spare bathroom in the hall for guests. Washer and dryer are on site but not in the unit.
We pride ourselves on ensuring that every unit is clean and bright and this complex is no exception. Amenities such as sheets, towels, cookware allow you to just bring your suitcase. Management is available whether it's a question about your unit, or a restaurant recommendation, we are there to assist! The team at NSB Realty was phenomenal from start to finish (and beyond, when I requested to stay an additional 2 nights) They all were friendly, accommodating and professional. I will be using them in the future….they made me feel confident and secure when going into a place you're not familiar with.
The unit itself was clean, and fully stocked with necessities. The only very small comment is that I would place 2 rolls of toilet paper in the 2 bathroom unit. There was only one, and it was half gone.
Thank you to the entire team that assisted en with my last minute requests!

Condo was great. It was recently updated and made it feel clean and fresh. Location can't be beat. The pool is right outside your door and beach a few steps away. We would definitely book again!

This charming place is a few steps from Flagler Ave and the beach. The locationis perfect, in a quiet neighborhood. Everything you need for a wonderful vacation you will find at this rental. We can't wait to come back!

During our visit in 2021, a shelf broke in the refrigerator due to cracking of the plastic holder. The shelf has not been replaced. The kitchen is actually overstocked as the cabinets are overflowing. The kitchen drawers need a cleaning. The overall unit needs updating.
