We will block our calendar when the exterior walkway and balcony are off limits. All other periods of time are available to rent however; work will be ongoing throughout the entire building and may be noisy at times. Should you choose to reserve this property anytime between October 2026 – March of 2027, rate adjustments have already been made so no additional compensation will be offered. ****
This beautiful 3bd/3ba oceanfront condo was completely remodeled in early 2019 and features all new flooring & furniture. The unit is at the popular Blue Water Keyes Resort and can accommodate 10 guests with 1 king in the master bedroom, 2 queens in the 2nd bedroom, 1 queen in the 3rd bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
This resort is minutes away from Barefoot Landing with shopping, restaurants, shows, attractions, and golf and only a short drive from all the attractions of Myrtle Beach's Grand Strand just waiting to be explored.

We had an amazing trip! Loved the condo and the view. Had a few maintenance issues first day but they responded immediately and came out and fixed it. Love the amenities and will be back. Thank you!

Condo was just like it looked in the pictures. Plenty of room. The pools and lazy river were very nice and clean. We would come back again. North Beach vacations was very helpful. We had a couple of questions and they were very responsive.
