Bright and cozy apartment with balcony in the heart of Ortigia, a few steps from the promenade and the Duomo.
The apartment, located in a pedestrian street full of restaurants and typical shops, opens onto the living area, furnished with a large sofa bed, a television, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchenette with oven and kettle. The sleeping area boasts a bedroom with a queen-size bed, balcony and en suite bathroom with shower.
Guests will benefit from comforts such as earplugs, wi-fi, washing machine, air conditioning and heating.
This accommodation is located near a nightclub. Because of this, there may be noise during the night.
Cot available upon request, at an extra cost of 25€ per stay.

For lovers of relaxation and the sea, eastern Sicily and the area surrounding Syracuse offer everything one could wish for. Starting from the ancient Greek city and heading south, the best-equipped and most beautiful beaches to explore are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella, and Fontane Bianche, whose name derives from the natural freshwater springs and the white color of the sand. On the island of Ortigia, you will also find equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno) and a small free beach called Cala Rossa. Further south, some 30 km away, we find some beautiful unspoiled and inaccessible beaches, including Calamosche, Vendicari with its Natural Fauna Oasis, and the beautiful San Lorenzo. For culture enthusiasts, the Greek theatre of Syracuse and the entire archaeological park with the Ear of Dionysius, a cave carved into the limestone in the shape of a human ear, the Paolo Orsi museum, and the Latomie dei Cappuccini, as well as Ortigia itself with its historical and cultural beauty as well as its landscape, are worth a visit. Not to be overlooked is Noto, the seafront with the tuna fishery of Avola, and finally the seaside village of Marzamemi. In short, Sicily is a land to explore and its natural and cultural beauties are treasures to fill your eyes with.

A very sweet, pretty, classic little apartment, exactly as shown in the photos. Excellent location near restaurants, grocery, and gelato, with a view of the harbor from the balcony. Had a classic italian feel to it and plenty of natural light. Really enjoyed my stay. I just wish it had WiFi. If you are a person with a bigger body, you'll find the size of the shower problematic. The apartment is not on the ground floor so if you are a person with a disability, be aware this required climbing stairs.
