About this villa rental
Wonderful 5-star Villa Ambienta boasts a large garden with a heated pool, tennis court, a spa room, children’s playground, and an outdoor lounge area. The large verdant estate is set on a surface of 2800 m2. The luxury stone villa itself extends to 280 m2.
Bright and stylish interior amazes at first glance. The selection of artistic pictures gives this interior the Mediterranean spirit. Wooden details and a great combination of rustic and modern furniture made this mansion a comfy oasis in a secluded part of the village.
The 2-floor villa comes with a lovely kitchen with an island and a hood and is completely furnished for an inspiring cooking experience. A comfortable living room area with a fireplace instantly warms you up. The wooden details and contemporary furniture make it a wonderful place after sunbathing all day. Four modernly equipped bedrooms come with modern en-suite bathrooms with rustic details. Two balconies overlook the pool and the court's area, surrounded by the Mediterranean flora.
A large terrace-set heated pool of 50 m2 is the main highlight of the villa. The second villa’s highlight would be the awesome tennis court, not many villas can boast with it. Alfresco dining table is perfect for serving barbecue meals with different types of Istrian pasta or truffles (tartufi).On request, the pool can be heated with a surcharge of 250€ per week. Please consult with our concierge department as the pool temperature depends on the weather conditions.
A paved path takes you to the verdant part of the plot where the outdoor lounge area, a playground for children, and a tennis court bathed in greenery are situated.
A spa room with a sauna, Jacuzzi, and relaxing spa chair is a bonus when it comes to a relaxing holiday. Here adults can enjoy while the children are playing at the playground, using PlayStation, or dive at the pool. The estate is wheelchair accessible and entirely covered with Wi-Fi. There is free parking for 5 cars.
The lovely estate is situated in the small village of Krnica, 22 km from the Pula town on the coast, and 3 km from the sea. In case you decide to visit this scenic region, we recommend visiting the famous Roman amphitheater Pula Arena.
Istria is famous for its gastronomic experience, such as truffles, the meat of the Istrian ox- boskarin, Istrian prosciutto (prsut), scallops, mussels and oysters, traditional pasta manestra - fuzi, njoki, pljukanci, pasutice, top-quality wines are just some of them.

We would book again the villa and we would choose the VIP Holiday Booker agency from Split! From the first email to our departure the agents were superb! The villa manager was also nice, giving us a big welcoming fruit basket and a bottle of a great Istrian wine. Really nice gesture! That’s why I like to come to Croatia, there are no better hosts! The interior of the villa was nice and cozy, very clean and tidy, impeccable. We recommend it!

Beautiful villa on the large private property located only several km from the sea near Pula. From the start, we could feel the positive vibe of the place, and the feeling followed us throughout our stay there. The villa managers were kind and helpful. The estate was gorgeous, the kitchen was well-equipped and the beds were comfortable. Lucija from the VIP agency was thoughtful and kind, remaining always at our disposal. Highly recommended!

A wonderful country with beautiful villas! Ours was lovely, in the middle of greenery offering complete privacy. The yard was relaxing and the spa and the pool were marvelous. We visited the Arena in Pula, it’s simply amazing! We also recommend booking some of the day trips in Istria, such as the Brijuni National Park. This was our second time in Istria and we are planning to visit it again. The VIP team also deserves praises.

We had a nice week in Istria and this villa. The beds were comfortable, everything was tidy and completely equipped. If you buy groceries earlier or ask the villa manager to do so, you literally do not need to leave this property. We rented a car so we visited some beaches after all. I liked this region very much, and I’m planning to visit it soon, hopefully. Highly recommended!
