We love a well equipped and clean place to stay….Spencer’s place was more than equipped, it is cozy, confortable, near of many beaches; Food stores, restaurants …. Safe and secure…we keep in touch with him; and always answer us back right away….He defenitely is very flexible and kind host…..thanks Spencer; We recomend your place 100%….specially if you have kids!

We had a great time. The condo location was excellent. Central to many beautiful beaches and great restaurants. Very peaceful to return to after a day on the many spectacular beaches.

We had a fun 1-week stay at the Oaks. Pool was nice even after beach days - clean, refreshing, quiet. Super location to accessing Tamarindo area. Very safe gated community. Host had great communication.
