CANNES SEA VIEW 34 m² new apartment incl a large 6 m² balcony on the 5th Floor

It was very clean,good location,close to city center and beach.The kitchen was good for cooking and we had all the utensils that we needed.Felt like home and will definitely recommend.Good apartment for a couple.

The apartment is fabulous, there is everything you need to hand the apartment is very well decorated and has all the amenities and appliances to make your stay more comfortable. It is very close to the beach and the market is a only a short walk away, it is in a quite location. We have had a lovely 2 week break and hopefully we will be back again soon.

The apartment was very cleaning and the locations excellent. It was very confortable and quiet.

A very pretty, perfectly equipped apartment in an older residence somewhat away from the busy part of Cannes. The beaches (public and private) are at 10 minutes walk, a bit difficult for people with very young kids or injuries due to the very steep road up to the building. Parking area in the private backyard with a little bit of luck, though you don't need the car, because there's a very good grocery store down the street and you can reach all the well known spots of Cannes by foot or by bus. If you don't bother about getting up early and spending the whole day at the beach or traveling around, because there's an elementary school next to the residence, where the kids stay outside with their yelling caretakers and the gate bell rings the whole day, then it's a good place to be. There's absolutely everything that you could possibly need in the apartment and the beds are good. It's nicely renovated, but it does need some better maintenance, which is taken care of not by the proprietors themselves. We had an overall great vacation there, Thanks a lot!
