During your stay, you have the entire house, garden, and pool entirely to yourselves.
Casa Coby is located in the hills of Pedreguer and combines peace and nature with all the conveniences of a comfortable holiday accommodation. The villa features three spacious bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, and a bright living room. The kitchen is fully and well equipped, ideal for those who enjoy cooking even while on holiday. All rooms have air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant indoor climate at all times.
Outside, you can relax and enjoy yourselves. You have access to a large private pool with valley views, several terraces, a balcony, a lush garden, and a barbecue area. Around the house is an extensive Mediterranean garden with olive trees, palms, and fragrant plants, where you can unwind or read a book in the shade. For families, it is a great place where children can play safely. In the garden, there is a large trampoline and a comprehensive play set.

Pros: Zalige vakantie gehad in Casa Coby. Echt een aanrader. Verschillende terrassen waar je op elke moment van de dag van de zon kunt genieten of juist van de schaduw. Erg mooi gerenoveerd en van alle moderne gemakken voorzien. Komen heel graag nog een keer terug om te genieten van de Spaanse zon, gastvrijheid, het luxe vakantiehuis en uiteraard de Spaanse keuken en wijntjes!

Pros: Maison jolie et spacieuse, propriétaire sympathique et disponible.
Belle vue sur la vallée et la mer.
Idéal pour famille.
Quartier très calme.
Cons: - Une caméra se trouve entre le chemin de la villa et la piscine, ce qui enlève toute intimité
- Il faut faire le tour de la maison pour avoir accès à la piscine

Pros: I to uger var huset ramme om en perfekt og afslappende familieferie. Vores børn og børnebørn var på skift med på ferien, men i fem dage var vi 14 personer i huset. Det gik rigtig fint, fordi huset er så kæmpestort og velindrettet. Poolen er dejlig og området omkring den er stort. Det var skønt at sidde på den store overdækkede terrasse og indtage måltiderne med udsigt til Middelhavet. Byen Denia viste sig også at være et dejligt bekendtskab. Kommunikationen med ejerne og deres lokale vært var hurtig og smidig. Vi kan derfor varmt anbefale huset og området.
