About this apartment rental
The residence is new, quiet with garden and pool. 500 meters from the ramparts of Aigues-Mortes, along the canal, the Mas de Constance is a luxury residence with contemporary architecture.
The apartment on the ground floor offers a loggia of 15m2 (with table, chairs and garden furniture), a wooden terrace of 10m2 facing south (with umbrella, barbecue and 2 sunbathing).
It also consists of a living room / kitchen open loggia (with sofa bed and flat screen TV), a room open loggia (bed 140 and closet), an entrance hall and a bathroom. water (with toilet, bath and washing machine).
For more comfort, the kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave, a ceramic hob + hood, a dishwasher, a fridge / freezer, a coffee maker + toaster.

Maximum capacity: 4 people
A deposit of 30% is required upon booking and the balance of 70% on the day of your arrival.
A deposit of 300 euros will be required upon arrival (see attached rental agreement).

Perfect place for an adults holiday. Just the 2 of us with access to the town just a 10 minute walk away.
Fantastic food, superb culture to enjoy and a little haven.

We had a lovely stay in this area. Close to beaches (L’Espiguette was our favourite) but close to Nimes, Pont du Gard, Uzes, Arles, Avignon and St Marie’s de la Mer. Frederic was very helpful and the property was perfect for 2 with everything we needed. As in many places in France we had to take pillow cases, sheets & towels but as there is a washing machine it is easy to wash & dry them. The pool was closed due to Covid 19 and although disappointing it didn’t bother us too much. We used the hose to cool off! Could have stayed longer........
