10 km from Firenze: Holiday development "Il Borgo", renovated in 2009. 15 apartments in the property. 10 km from the centre of Firenze, 19 km from the centre of Greve in Chianti, 70 km from the centre of Siena, in an elevated position on top of a hill, in the countryside. For shared use: garden (fenced), swimming pool (14 x 7 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 03.May. - 27.Sep.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, children's playground. Borgo has 15 apartments, all independant, tastefully furnished. There is a large private car park and the whole area is monitored by video surveillance. The apartments are set in a large garden ideal to relax and walk around. The wonderful panoramic swimming pool with hydromassage and sun deck is situated just a few yards from the apartments. wi-fi service only in the outside area.
