Phil is a good host and great communicator. The place is a bit dated but has been well taken care of. The house is well-stocked so if you forgot something you are going to be okay. It is a bit stuffy at night but he does have several fans available. It’s very quiet and peaceful.

This is by far the best experience of any hotel or like place to stay. It literally had everything we needed to have an awesome stay. Definitely will be there again. It was so easy to keep in touch with the host. Any questions were answered right away either by phone or text. The area was beautiful and sort of secluded . Felt like being at home but better and less noise.
