Great house and location. Owner was very fast and friendly on replying to questions. No A/C but plenty of fans to move the air and breeze from outside.

Wonderful, clean and very comfortable house with lots of amenities, overall it was easy. It was a bit confusing trying to add on an extra day with Evolve, I originally got responses from more then person but then didn’t hear back from one for a couple days, would have preferred more personal contact but it wasn’t a big deal in the end. Thank you

Family oriented peaceful neighborhood! Loved walking to the beach. House had everything we needed. Upstairs carpet could use replacing but everything was clean and ready for us! Great stay in Charlevoix.

The house was great. I did try to text the owners at least 2 times to see if it was assessible for a wheel chair. I didnt get a response. I am in a wheelchair. I brought my ramp from home( thank goodness). It made getting into and out of the house easier. I wasn't able to get into a bedroom though and needed to stay in my chair the entire visit. It was a lovely house for able bodied individuals
