Skyline Retreat is a new modern duplex located less than a mile from Steamboat's base area and a short shuttle ride to downtown Steamboat Springs. The home accommodates up to 8 guests between 4 bedrooms and 3 and a half bathrooms. With its modern amenities, panoramic rooftop views, and central location in the mountain village, this home is perfect for your next Steamboat Springs retreat.
The rooftop terrace is the gem of Skyline Retreat providing beautiful 360-degree views of the Flattops Wilderness, Emerald Mountain, and the ski area on Mount Werner. Enjoy a well-deserved soak in your private saltwater spa while basking in the alpenglow as the sun sets behind you. Stay cozy after the sun goes down by gathering around the gas fire table to gaze at the stars.
The open-concept main level (2nd floor) serves as a central gathering place to unwind. The comfortable living room has ample seating, large windows bringing in natural light, a gas fireplace, and a Roku enabled smart TV with a sound bar. The spacious chef's kitchen has been thoughtfully designed and well-appointed for fixing snacks for on the go or a sit-down homecooked meal.
The private balcony just off the living room is a perfect place to start and end your day. Take a breath of fresh mountain air as you enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or grill a delicious dinner on the BBQ grill with a local Steamboat Springs brew in hand. These common areas ensure that everyone in your group will enjoy quality time together. For added convenience, a powder room is located on the main level.
Bedroom Accommodations
The 3rd floor hosts three of the homes' guest bedrooms. At one end of the hall, the primary bedroom awaits with a king bed, walk-in closet, and luxurious ensuite bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower and double sink vanity. On the other end, a queen bedroom and full over full bunk bedroom conveniently share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and single sink vanity. A stacked washer and dryer can be found in the hallway of the 3rd floor. The first floor of the home has a private bedroom with a king bed and full ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and single sink vanity. Each bedroom is furnished with comfortable bed linens and a Roku enabled smart TV. Also on the first floor, a two-car garage provides storage for vehicles and ski racks for winter gear.

We had a wonderful stay! The townhome is beautiful and was well stocked with everything we could need. It is close to walking trails, and a short drive into downtown.
