2 bedroom; 2 bath sixth floor condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Allows 2 people for a one week rental, 4 people for two weeks or more. Sleeping accommodations: king-sized bed; twin beds. This Gulf view unit is completely furnished and fully equipped. All bed linens, dishes, cooking & eating utensils are provided. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from this sixth floor, direct Gulf front condo with full Gulf views from the living and dining rooms and both bedrooms.
On behalf of our guests and owners that suffer from asthma and allergies, no pets are allowed on the property. No exceptions! $300 fine. Please note: We do not allow Sunday or holiday arrivals and require a 7 night minimum stay. Beach front units are available to reserve online up to ten (10) months in advance; however you may call or contact us directly for a reservation up to twelve (12) months in advance.

The view is wonderful. The decor/bathrooms need updating. Too much wasted space with closets and the bathrooms are way too small.
