This Indian Paintbrush condo is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath beautifully appointed mountain modern property located in the Aspens neighborhood between the town of Jackson and Teton Village. Known for its abundance of wildlife and beautiful scenery, the Aspens is also close to the entrance of Grand Teton National Park. Remodeled in late 2023, the condo is outfitted with all new appliances and nice furnishings and can accommodate up to three people.
This one bedroom, one bath condo is located just 4 miles from the world-famous Jackson Hole Ski Resort. Enjoy the wonderful walks and the extensive bike path system close by without getting in your car. Restaurants, a gourmet grocery store with full deli and wine shop, a top notch bakery/coffee shop, retail shops and access to the bus system are all within walking distance. The unit is located just 6 miles from the Town of Jackson, where you can find great restaurants, galleries, theaters, shopping, the National Elk Refuge, and Snow King Ski Resort.
This unit is on the ground floor and the cozy back deck opens to a burbling stream with nice mountain views. There is a comfortable queen bed in the bedroom and one twin bed in the living area which also doubles as an enjoyable daybed for reading and relaxing. The living room has a leather sofa/barstools and a sitting area with a TV and a wood-burning fireplace. The kitchen is adjacent to the living area and the washer/dryer is located in the bathroom.
Jackson Hole is a special place where winter and summer are welcomed with equal joy. The area offers terrific skiing in the winter and numerous outdoor activities in the summer. Jackson Hole is famous for the best fishing, hiking, rafting, mountain biking, rock climbing, wildlife viewing, and sightseeing in the USA. Our condo can also be a base for visitors to Yellowstone National Park which is about 60 miles away.

There is no AC but a fan is provided in the storage closet inside the unit. AC is very uncommon in mountain properties.
No RV's, campers, trailers, or pets per HOA rules. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.

This is a warm, cozy, and exceptionally well equipped home that was spotless and beautifully maintained. After spending four nights inside Yellowstone National Park, it truly felt like a peaceful oasis where we could relax and recharge. The host provided very clear instructions, and communication before our arrival was smooth and effortless. There is also a lovely little grassy area in front of the home, and on our second evening we were delighted to see a red fox resting there. It was such a special moment! If we ever have the chance to visit Grand Teton National Park again, this will absolutely be our first choice. Highly recommended.

This super quiet condo was perfect while we explored Tetons and Yellowstone. The unit had everything needed and was as pictured. The parking spot is very close to the front door, and the trash bins are also really close so you don't have to walk around just to find the bins! Very quiet neighborhood. The grocery in the neighborhood is a bit pricey but they have a lot of things and a fresh deli that does sandwiches and things during the day.
