2 individual Villas located on a property with garden and private pool.
Villa Preciosa is made up of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with wc and a living room consisting of a kitchen / dining area and a lounge area.
Villa Bella is composed of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with wc, a kitchen and a living room consisting of a living room and a dining area.
An outdoor kitchen with barbecue and covered dining area.
5 bedrooms are equipped with new 160 cm beds, 1 bedroom with 1 new bunk bed and 1 140 cm bed.
In addition to paved circulation spaces, carports protecting vehicles from the sun, you will find a tree-lined garden, an 8mx4m swimming pool, private parking for 3 to 4 covered vehicles.
Quiet area, fully enclosed garden, access is via motorized gates. Internet wifi. Air conditioning on the ground floor.

Although touristy, it is between sea and countryside that Altura is located, it keeps withdrawing from its counterparts because apart from a large hotel with several floors, the buildings are all villas and the city is surrounded by meadows, cultures. , orchard.
Located on the coast in the Algarve, the property is close to a motorway access, it can lead you on all possible visits to the Algarve. The property has capacity for 13 people, distributed by 3 apartments (2 buildings).
The outdoors are really great and very spacious! Good for outdoor meals, relax by the pool, play games etc. you can also find all the kitchen tools you need.
The communication was good (but we had someone who understood French in our group), the host attended to everything we needed.
Only downside was that the floor apartment from villa preciosa had some constant septic odor.
All in all it was an excellent experience and will definitely come back if possible.
