Just a 39-minute drive from the airport, the villa can accommodate up to 10 guests in its five elegantly decorated bedrooms. The layout includes 250 square metres of private residence, surrounded by extensive grounds of 4000 square metres, offering plenty of space for leisurely strolls or al fresco dining in the lush garden.
For 2026, guests will be able to enjoy a brand new, extra-large private swimming pool (13.5m x 7m), perfectly designed for both relaxation and entertaining, adding an exciting new dimension to this already exceptional holiday home.
Each floor of the villa offers distinct amenities, from the en-suite bedrooms upstairs with stunning sea views to the comfortable living room and fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor. Ideal for families, the property features single bedrooms alongside spacious doubles, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all guests.
Beyond its inviting interiors, Utopia Beach Villa offers a range of outdoor amenities to enhance your stay. From the shaded terrace and BBQ area to the lush garden adorned with trees, every corner invites relaxation and enjoyment. We had a wonderful stay at Utopia Villa in Roda, Corfu. It was perfectly suited to our group of eight (four adults, three children, and one baby). The layout worked really well, with two twin rooms, a spacious master bedroom, a loft with a double bed, and an additional bedroom with another double bed. The villa also offers four full bathrooms plus a separate ground-floor toilet, which made everything very convenient for a larger group. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, with plenty of seating options for dining whether in the kitchen itself, the living room, or out on the balcony. Waking up to the stunning views of both the mountains and the sea was a real highlight. The property is gated, with ample parking and even a dedicated BBQ area, which we really enjoyed. Its just a short drive to Acharavi, where youll find supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, and shops. Roda itself also has restaurants and businesses, although some were not yet open for the tourist season during our stay. The private pool was nearly completed and will be a fantastic addition for future guests. Our host, Euncia, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She even left us some fruit, bread, and bottled water for our first night, which was a thoughtful touch and much appreciated after our journey. She also helped us choose a restaurant and called ahead to reserve fresh sea bream for us something we really appreciated, as it often sells out. She was always available if we needed anything and took the time to walk us through how everything in the house works. One thing to keep in mind is that reaching the north of the island from Corfu Airport involves driving through the mountains. Wed recommend doing this journey in daylight if its your first time. Overall, we highly recommend Utopia Villa and would happily stay there again!

10 of us stayed at the villa for a 30th birthday and had a fantastic time. Great hosts, very communicative and helpful. Really nice restaurants nearby also.

The villa was great, everything we needed for a group of 9 people. It was exactly as described, easy to find and to check in. The garden was very big and we had lots of space to do different activities in the morning and barbecue in the evening. The host was amazing, always responsive and helpful. Even tho the owner was living in the same court yard with us, we had always privacy and never even notice it was there. When we needed the host it was always responsive and willing to assist us with everything we needed. They helped us also to book some boat trips as we didn’t knew how. We had an amazing staying and experience. Would definitely come again.
