Great location on a canal and a few blocks from the beach. Easy to walk, drive a golf cart, or take the island trolley to beach, restaurants, and shopping. House met expectations as advertised. Plenty of space inside and outside. Pool area was wonderful and spacious. Nice to have a washer and dryer on site. Host was very responsive to any questions we had. Will be return visitors.

HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE ELECTRIC BLIND , HAD TO BE CHARGED EVERYDAY TO OPERATE.
NOT ENOUGH SILVERWARE OR BATH TOWELS.
LIVING ROOM SOFA STAINED HAD TO COVER WITH A SHEET.
COFFEE POT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED FOR SURE,
A/C UNIT RAN CONSTANTLY EVEN WHEN DESIRED TEMP WAS REACHED. A/C VENT IN BACK BR VERY MOLDY. HOME HAS GREAT LOCATION WE ENJOYED THE DOCK, POOL WAS HEATED BUT NOT WARM ENOUGH TO SWIM MOST DAYS. PROPERTY MANAGER ZITA WAS GOOD AT RESPONDING TO OUR CONCERNS.
