About this apartment rental
Choose Pornic and the Jade Coast for a stay where everything can be done on foot or by bike.
Ideally situated in the heart of the village of Sainte-Marie sur Mer and in the immediate vicinity of "Plage Montbeau", the accommodation is located in the residence "Les Cèdres Bleus".
All essential shops are close to the residence. The Bluegreen Golf course in Pornic is just a stone's throw away and bus lines allow you to reach the town centre of Pornic.
The apartment (level 1 access without stairs) of 47m² has a double bedroom (160 bed) and a sofa bed (140 mattress) thus able to accommodate up to 4 people.
It consists of an open fitted and equipped kitchen with induction hobs, an oven as well as all the necessary appliances so you feel at home; fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, capsule coffee maker (Dolce Gusto), toaster and kettle. A lounge-dining room with TV and wifi access gives access to the 5m² balcony with outdoor furniture. A bathroom with independent WC completes the rental. A hairdryer, ironing board and iron and a washing machine are also at your disposal.
You have a private parking space within the residence as well as a common and secure bicycle storage room.

- "Montbeau Beach", on the seafront near the town of Sainte-Marie-sur-Mer. Catering available in the high season.
- The town of Ste Marie, bakery, small supermarket, bars, restaurants, cinema, local market all year round Wednesday and Saturday

- 1 km from the Marina, bars, restaurants and its sea excursions and shuttles to Noirmoutier (July & August)
