About this house rental
3* listed Rhaetian house, in Bois Plage, beaches and town centre
walkable, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, terrace and large
garden.
The property, classified 3* by "CHARENTE Tourismes" is located in a
dead end, which guarantees you a quiet holiday, all 200 m from the
Golandières beach and 500 meters from the shops/market, all
within walking distance.
Bike paths are also nearby.
The main house consists of:
- a beautiful common area, with large bay windows, comprising:
- a fully equipped American kitchen open to the large
Living room - dining room
- A dining room for 6 people
- A living room with two sofas of 3 seats each.

- a suite with a 160 cm bed and its bathroom/WC
- a laundry room, a separate toilet and a shower room.
The annex, independent of the main house, has a first
bedroom with a double bed of 160, a second bedroom with 4 bunk beds of 90 and
a bathroom with Italian shower and toilet.
A sofa bed can accommodate 2 additional people.
Access to this part is via the large terrace, under a porch.
Outside, you can enjoy a very large enclosed garden of 800m2 which will make the
children's happiness, a very large wooden terrace facing south,
equipped with furniture and barbecue, for 8/10 people. This will allow you to
to enjoy your holiday to the fullest.
In addition, you have two parking spaces, inside the
property.
Bed linen and towels not provided. Possibility of rental on site.

The house and lot are spaceious and located in a quiet area. Beach and market are in walking distance. We weren't missing anything for a relaxing stay. Will come back

Overall it’s a nice house with a lot a space and all the equipments you need.
The devices were very clean (oven, frigde, washing machine) but the rest of the house is not clean, it needs a very good and large cleaning seasion (beds, closets, sofa…)
The bed in the mater bedroom is old, needs at least a new mattress.
Location is amazing!! Close to the beach, safe road for the kids…!

We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed it. The house was well equipped and plenty of space both inside and out. We enjoyed using the built in barbecue. The location was perfect - 5 mins walk from the beach and 10mins walk from the town.
