Built in 2018, this large home sits on a landscaped 5,000 square metre section, offering plenty of space to spread out while still being conveniently located. It’s around 15 minutes to both the airport and the city centre, making it ideal for families, friends, and group getaways.
Farm moments and outdoor living
Guests can enjoy feeding the friendly animals, including ducks, alpacas, a pony, and goldfish. Outdoor hot tub for relaxing, and an in ground fire pit that makes a great spot for winding down in the evening.

The home includes two separate lounge areas, each with a TV, which works well for groups wanting extra space.

Please note: A separate, private cottage is located in the back corner of the property. The only shared area is the car park, so at times, cottage guests may also use the parking area.

Noise & Gatherings
No loud noise outdoors after 10:00 PM. We are located in a residential area and have asked our neighbours to notify us of disturbances. If you are unable to follow this rule, please do not book.
No parties or unapproved gatherings. Any unauthorised event will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
Check-out
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM.
Late check-out requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Approval is subject to availability.
Pets & Smoking
No animals allowed.
No smoking indoors. Any smoking or presence of animals inside the house will incur a $300 additional cleaning fee.
Cleanliness & Damages
The house must be left in a reasonable condition upon check-out.
Excessive mess will be charged at $60 per hour for additional cleaning.
All damage, spills, or stains must be reported. You may be charged for the cost of replacement or professional cleaning.
Security & Monitoring
Amazon Alexa devices are installed inside the property for your convenience.
A video doorbell is located at the front door.
A Minut decibel reader is used externally (as per council request) to monitor noise levels.
Strictly Prohibited
Motorbikes or motorcycles are not allowed on the property.
Gang patches or gang affiliation of any kind is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction.

Amazing vacation home, great instructions, very responsive hosts. This was peaceful and quiet retreat close to the city with all the amenities you could want: trampoline, hot tubs, sauna, covered outdoor space for cooking, well-stocked kitchen, even friendly farm animals. Our only regret is not staying for another night or two. We’ll definitely be back!

Prebbleton was a good location.Property was great for a large family group. Some of the appliances need repaired and the section could’ve been tidier.

Expected more for the amount of money. Basic stuff available but a little pan for example (which is basic in my opinion) was nowhere to be found.Washing was still in the washing machine when we turned up and the washing machine in the garage made loud noises whole night (bad sleep)We also got woken up by other people turning up after 9pm. Seems ther eis a nother little cottage at back of property that gets rented out. Would have been good to get a heads up about this.
