It is idyllically located in a green neighborhood, almost directly at the Golf Club of Bendinat, one of the most exclusive spots in Mallorca, but in a few minutes to the sandy beaches of Illetas, Puerta Portals and Palma Nova, enjoy excellent cuisine in the elegant yacht harbor Portals Nous, shopping in Palma and enjoy the vibrant nightlife.

Beautiful, clean, family home. Everything you could need. Short walk to supermarket, beaches and restaurants though hilly so not for people with walking difficulties. However taxi services were fast and reliable. Highly recommend.
