Everything was perfect! We stayed for a week with family and took the all-inclusive option, which was a big win. All three meals were delicious with plenty of variety, and both soft and alcoholic drinks were excellent. The pool and beach bars were open all day with unlimited drinks and snacks. Rooms were spotless, cleaned daily with fresh towels and a restocked minibar. The beach was simply fantastic—soft sand, crystal-clear water, and very relaxing. There were also many activities for kids (pools, playgrounds, and more), but our favorite was definitely the beach. The staff were incredibly kind and hospitable.

Fourth time here

This was our fourth time here, first after 2021, and we loved it again. The kids enjoyed it, and as always there was plenty to do, plenty of food and drinks. The staff was wonderful and we will probably return one day.

The only thing that bothered me this time was the beach reservations. Every morning, no matter when I get to beach, it was already like 90% or more taken with "towel reservations", by people who just leave their random stuff in the evening or early morning, and then come back to the beach in late afternoon. I spoke to the staff about this issue several times and they just said that they are aware of the problem but can't do anything at that moment, which I don't agree with.

Great hotel to stay if you like these kind of holidays

We liked everything, the hotel itself, the hospitality of the employees, the restaurants, the bar next to the restaurants, and the beach. We stayed at the hotel with our 10-month-old baby in the middle of June. All the employees were so kind to him. Sia, the restaurant manager, made an enormous effort to prepare food for him at every meal. She did a great job. Zoi also did her job professionally, always with a smile on her face. The food was excellent, as were all the beverages and the espresso at the beach bar. The bartenders at the beach bar were kind and always did their job with a smile. Many thanks to Alex, Vladimiros, Efrem, Thomas, and Nina. The hotel is located right on a sandy beach, with sunbeds and umbrellas available free of charge.

I think there is nothing we didn’t like.

Delightful summer stay in a beach front hotel

Fantastic location with a very nice hotel attached to it! We simply loved the beach and the clean water. Family friendly. The facilities included were good, every meal had enough options for even the ones who are picky. It might now be wow in terms of dishes but it had good taste. Beach towels are included, they are brought every day between 9 a.m to 6 p.m. The two bars work also from 9 a.m. until late and they have good coffee which is always important in all inclusive hotels. The one at breakfast is so and so. Also the drinks included are fine, they have a selection of deluxe brands which is with payment. The parking provided is closed with barriers. The cleaning ladies were doing their job, however they were coming at different hours in different days which can be tricky with shower towels not being changed before your morning beach session. The guys coming in to refill the minibar (which was free) were also working on their own schedule. All the staff were going great with English so we didn't have problems communicating. Overall we had a lovely time, we recommend it and we would probably go again over there.

Good mid size hotel with nice beach and good drinks but for such price you can get also better ones

very nice beach compare to other Greek places, friendly staff in restaurant, good drinks and coctails

staff (ladies) in pool bar was unfriendly always looks like I bother them, worst think was that if you have a sea view suite which is the most expensive you can hear sound from amphitheater disco sound until midnight or longer: Really don't get it as hotel is obviously targeting families with small kids.

Amazing Stay

Fantastic hotel, beautiful, clean, the staff are wonderful, friendly and very accommodating. Comfortable beds and great bathroom facilities. The buffet changed every day for all meals and everything was delicious with so much variety! We had an amazing stay!

Not the sure how they get the award of best family hotel in greece

Great food and cocktails, nice service team, great pool both kids and main pool. We had a family room which was really nice and pretty new

There was almost no activities for little kids, only a small kids club with very low to non activities for little kids (our were 3 y/o), no shaded playground, nor water slides. In addition, they should invest more in the fresh salads and vegetables section within the meals. The snack bar was very poor in terms of snacks - there was only sandwiches for 2 hours (looks like leftovers from breakfast) , or dries cookies for another 1 hour.

Food selection and quality was good overall; beach had too much gravel/rocky, and it hurt your feet; breakfast was great

No organized daily/nightly activities for adults; children in restaurant area during meals were not being observed by parents or staff - they would stick their hands in all the foods, touch them and put things back, especially around the ice cream area. Resort was extremely overpriced for offerings.

Beautiful place! The best hotel we have ever been in! The stuff was very kind, the room is cleaned daily and food was very good! Swimming pool and the beach are also great! This is wonderful place for families with kids. We will come here again definetely!

The hotel is clean and well located, very convenient for people with small children. The food is nice and varied, the staff is friendly. Adults can drink at the bar :)

The rooms are small and not suitable for two adults and two children. The beach and the sea are not good, the sand is stony, and the sea is deep after the second meter. The evening program program is nothing special, 1 hour music program for the kids and after games, unfortunately there is a huge amount of mosquitoes and after 9 pm it is difficult to sit outside.

Pretty good

We were not allowed to sit where we wanted in the restaurant for breakfast or drinks. There were seven of us and we were told that we could not put two tables for four together. Even though there were many many empty tables. For dinner, we were cold but we’re not allowed to sit at the tables in the sun . All of the tables there were empty. This was really frustrating and so unnecessary. Staff did not give any reason for this, just you can’t do it. Very very frustrating

you can never find a sunbed at the pool, most people would leave the towels for hours on the sunbeds and go into the rooms or seaside , the manager should do something about this, i dont find this normal at a resort

Food was very delicious staff very attentive and polite breakfast very diverse wifi very good everwhere, even on the beach

as it is an all inclusive hotel, alcohol has to be served also after 23.00, but we were informed only by arrival so, you will not find this information anywhere rooms are quite small not for a quite rest, because a lot of kids making noise

This beach resort is top of its kind, the food is amazing, the cheff is master, ala-carte retaurant awsome, cocktails are great, service great, we wish to come again

A few suggestions to shift it further: two sets of crockery instead of one in the main restaurant, the evening at swimming pool is so good it would be goot to keep it open till 7:30pm at least, eggs Benedict for breakfast please;-)

Amazing rooms, new, modern and very clean. Very good and diverse food. You can find something good to eat no matter what diet you have. the private beach was nice, at the time we went we could easily find a spot. The sea and the beach were clean. Staff was very kind and polite. We are very happy with choosing this hotel and we can definitely recommend it to anyone!
